DC Women Kicking Ass: The New York Post and I agree on something!
Making a bad movie has never stopped them from trying Superman, Batman, Captain America, the Hulk…etc… again, but as fans we’re terrified that one bad Wonder Woman movie will be the end for a long, long time. Thing is, we’ve had a terrible one back in the 60s or 70s with Cathy Crosby and we still got the Carter TV series. Maybe we need to gt the fans together, write letters and ask questions push to see what they come up with, and if that sucks push some more so they know there’s still a market.The New York Post had a blog post about the Wonder Woman movie yesterday and they are right. How could anyone watch the long trailer for the DCU Online Universe Game and not see that a Wonder Woman movie (with her wearing the old costume as well!) would be anything but awesome? io9 expressed

I don’t think it is “just an excuse.” At least it shouldn’t be. More superhero films should wait until they can make something that doesn’t suck. If that’s really the reason, then cool. But I imagine they’re mostly nervous about the film not working.
